Important Shipping Update – Queensland (QLD) Orders

We would like to inform you of a temporary change to our shipping services.
Recently, we have experienced an increasing number of Australia Post Express Post parcels being flagged during processing, particularly for shipments to Queensland (QLD) and some areas of Western Australia (WA). Packages identified as containing lithium batteries may be delayed, returned, or held by Australia Post, resulting in significant delivery disruptions.
To ensure the highest possible delivery success rate and minimize delays, we have made the following decision:
Effective immediately, Express Post will be temporarily suspended for all Queensland (QLD) orders.
During this period:
All orders destined for Queensland will be shipped via Standard Post.
We strongly encourage QLD customers to place orders in advance and maintain sufficient stock levels to avoid supply interruptions.
We will continue monitoring the situation and will notify customers as soon as Express Post services can be safely resumed.
Recommended Shipping Method
We also recommend that all customers choose Standard Post whenever possible.
At present, Standard Post is the most reliable shipping option for products containing lithium batteries because:
It has a significantly lower risk of being intercepted during transit.
Delivery success rates are more consistent.
It remains the safest and most stable transportation method currently available.
While Standard Post may take slightly longer than Express Post, it offers the best balance of reliability and security under current shipping conditions.
