Step 1 – Choose Your Products
Browse our website and add your favourite products to your shopping cart.
Mix and match any flavours and brands—your discount is calculated automatically based on the total quantity in your cart.

Please make sure your email address and mobile phone number are correct before placing your order.
Step 2 – Make Your Payment
After submitting your order, you will be taken to your Order Details page.
Click the "Make Payment" button to open our Payment Guide, where you'll find all the payment instructions.
Once your payment has been completed and confirmed, our team will begin processing your order.
Step 3 – Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders paid before 2:00 PM (AEST) on business days are usually dispatched on the same business day.
Orders paid after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
First-Time Customer Verification
For your first order, we will send you a photo of your packed order before dispatch so you can verify that everything is correct.
We will first contact you via WhatsApp using the mobile phone number you provided when placing your order.
If WhatsApp is not available for your number, we will send the photos via SMS (text message) instead.
Step 4 – Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email.
