Cutoff time for Same Day Delivery is 6:00PM.
You must order by 6:00PM and select same day delivery under the shipping options at checkout to get it the same day. You must also be in the eligible same day delivery zone, and be 18 years of age or older. You will have to show government ID on delivery to prove you are of age.
Once your order is in the system, we will process it as quick as possible. Deliveries will start going out at 6:30PM and worst case could be delivered as late as 11:30PM.
Before driver departure for delivery,you will receive a text messages from Relx Australia which tells u the exact delivery time window. The driver will ring you before arrival. You must be available upon delivery with government ID or your delivery will be returned to us. You will be charged a flat rate delivery fee which is $15.00. The delivery fee applies even if your same day delivery was free.
As per Health Austrlia regulations we are required to verify age with government ID. If you have ordered online with us before and we have verified your age the driver can drop it at your door per your request (please write it in the order notes). If we have not verified your age before you must be available when the driver arrives to show proof of age (18 years of age or older). If you are not of age your delivery will be returned to us and your order will be canceled.
You must be in the correct shipping zone for the same day delivery option to appear, the zone is determined by your postal code. For a list of accepted postal codes please refer to the "postal codes eligible for same day delivery" at the bottom of this page.
If you live in an apartment or condo please note we do not go to your door due to the difficulty of finding parking, and the additional time it takes. You must meet us at the front (or back) entrance of your building depending on what is easier for the driver. We appreciate your understanding.
Although we try our best to always make the sure your vape delivery is made the same day, it is not always possible. In the event of severe weather conditions your order could be delayed.
We do not expect our drivers to risk their safety for deliveries and in the event of unsafe driving conditions your delivery will be made when the conditions become safe.
If this happens you will be contacted so you are aware of the delay.
We can delivery any products on our site. So that includes, Vape Juice Delivery, Disposable Vape Delivery, Vape Pod Delivery, and anything else you see on our site.

Your order will only be finalised once payment has cleared in our bank account.
Dont worries if live outside of our delivery zone,We will post your order with express post .So usually you will get it by next day or the day after that.
We process post orders between 10:30am and 2:30pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on weekdays.Post Orders received before 2:30pm each day will be posted the same day or the next business day if received after 2:30pm.
We do not process orders on weekends or any major Australia Public Holidays.
As soon as your order is posted, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your order delivery.
